Limited Lifetime Material Warranty
Coverage: Vinyl fencing products will not peel, flake, blister, corrode, rot, or abnormally discolor when subjected to normal use and proper installation procedures.
Conditions: Covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use and proper installation. Non-transferable and valid only for the original owner.
2 Years Workmanship Warranty
Coverage: Applies to all new fence installations, covering workmanship issues such as improper alignment or installation defects. Validated by the presence of the Fence Direct logo on the fence.
Exclusions: Does not cover damages from improper use, abuse, alterations, negligence, vandalism, natural disasters, or normal weathering.
Warranty Claims
Claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase within 30 days of noticing the defect.
