Material Limited Lifetime Warranty and One Year Labor Warranty Fence Direct Inc warrants to the original owner that all of our products will be free of manufacturing and material defects. Our vinyl fencing products will not pee, flake, blister, corrode, rot or abnormally discolor when subjected to normal use and proper installation procedures. Likewise, the powder coating finish on our aluminum fences will not pee, crack, chip, or blister for as long as you own the fence.

Wood fence materials are rough mill cut pieces. Wood fences have a tendency to shrink and warp in hot, humid weather and small gaps will appear between boards. Cracks in the wood are a common occurrence. Wood Fence Materials have no warranties

Chain-Link is under Warranty for 20 years since day of original installation.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, application or installation; abuse; alterations; negligence; vandalism or natural disasters. The warranty also does not extend to the normal weathering, slight discoloration, or chalking cause by prolonged exposure to the elements, mildew, or air pollution. This limited lifetime warranty is intended to cover original owners only and is not transferable. The original owner is covered by the warranty for as long as he owns and resided in the property on which the product was first installed. In the event of commercial or otherwise non-esidential use, Fence Direct In. limits this product warranty to 30 years with a starting date of the original day of installation.

In case of a warranty claim, the owner must provide Fence Direct Inc a written notice specifying the nature of the defect or email, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the failure, Fence Direct In reserves the right to inspect the material in question to determine the validity of the claim. Fence Direct Inc will replace or repair the defective material at its discretion. Fence Direct Inc shall not be liable or responsible for labor charges or other expenses whatsoever in connection with removal or installation of either the original or replacement product.

The fence installation has a one (1) year workmanship warranty with each New Fence upon placing the Fence Direct logo on your fence, this logo validates your warranty claim such as (leaning post, gate adjustments, overall straighten of the fence line). The above constitutes the complete limited lifetime warranty by Fence Direct Inc and no other agreement written or implied is valid. No person is authorized to change or modify this warranty. Recoveries for consequential or incidental damages are herby excluded.
