Limited Lifetime Material Warranty
Vinyl Fences: Limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. Will not peel, flake, blister, corrode, or discolor with proper use and installation.
Aluminum Fences: Lifetime warranty on the powder coating finish, protecting against peeling, cracking, chipping, or blistering.
Chain-Link Fences: 20-year warranty from the date of installation.
Wood Fences: No warranties due to natural tendencies of wood to shrink, warp, and crack in hot, humid weather.
2 Years Workmanship Warranty
A two-year labor warranty covers workmanship, such as leaning posts or gate adjustments, validated by the Fence Direct logo on the fence.
Exclusions
Damages caused by improper use, installation, abuse, negligence, vandalism, natural disasters, or weathering are not covered. The warranty is for the original owner and non-transferable. For non-residential use, the warranty is limited to 30 years.
Warranty Claims
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of failure, and Fence Direct reserves the right to inspect and either repair or replace defective materials.
